Team Assessment Program

Foundational to high performing teams is a high level of trust.  The MAC6 Leadership Team Assessment Program accelerates your team performance by understanding key behavior, motivation, and professional soft skill differences throughout your organization.


After completing assessments, respondents receive a detailed report on their behavioral style and the motivational factors that move them to action.  Leaders can then gain better understanding of both themselves and others, as well as the value and unique blend of strengths they bring to the team.

MAC6 — The Process

STEP 1 | Leadership Team Assessment Initiative

In partnership with TTI Success Insights, MAC6 is working to identify the unique team based behaviors, motivators, professional soft skills and other performance characteristics of High Performance Leadership Teams across a wide range of industries and business scale.

As a participant in the Leadership Team Assessment Initiative we invite you to join our learning community to explore the behavior, motivator and professional soft skill characteristics of High Performing Teams.

Application Requirement

A brief application is required to participate.  To qualify you must be the CEO of a team that is responsible for bottom line (profit or nonprofit) performance of a business with top line annual revenue in the range of $250K to $100M.

Participation Benefits

Other than a very small investment of time, about 35 minutes for each member of your leadership team, there is no out of pocket cost to participate. Participating teams will receive:

  • The CEO and each member of the leadership team will receive an individualized Success Insights analysis report, guaranteed to increase each leaders Conscious Self Awareness.
  • The CEO will receive an in-depth team-focused Success Insights analysis report guaranteed to provide deep insight with respect to team performance.
  • The CEO and members of the leadership team will each become part of our MAC6 Conscious Leadership Learning Community with regular updates from the expanding world of Conscious Leadership.

STEP 2 | Introduction to EOS and Success Insights Team Debrief

The next step in the process is an Introduction to EOS and a Leadership Team Success Insights Debrief. These 90 minute back to back or sequential meetings are for your entire Leadership Team.

Introduction to EOS: Invest 90 Minutes with a Professional EOS Implementer to learn how to use simple tools to:

  • Get your team 100% on the same page driving towards a shared vision
  • Get the most from all your good people by placing them in the right seats
  • Objectively track activities to assure desired results
  • Produce a team that quickly resolves all issues to keep you moving forward
  • Minimize errors and create consistency around everything you do
  • Develop a disciplined, accountable team that executes well to achieve everything in your vision

Gain huge value from a 90 Minute Leadership Team Success Insights Debrief with a trained TTI Professional to:

  • A complete individual and team debrief will jump start your understanding of individual and team behaviors and motivators.
  • An extended version of this meeting can also include a 30 minute team communication exercise – how to communicate and how not to communicate with each member of the leadership team

STEP 3 | Implement EOS + Continuing Success Insights ~ The MAC6 Leadership Academy for High Performing Teams

MAC6 has created a proprietary process, utilizing both of the aforementioned tools, EOS & TTI Success Insights.  When we find teams through the Team Assessment Initiative that could benefit from our process, we roll out both of the tools, which leverage one another to create truly Higher Performing Leadership Teams.  Below, you will read about how each of the tools are rolled out, individually, followed by a visual depiction of the entire MAC6 process using both tools, which takes between 18 months and two years for completion.

The EOS Process

The EOS Process provides a proven way to put all the pieces together, incorporating each of the EOS Tools in the right order to best strengthen each key component of your business.

Business owners, leaders and managers are often very busy and don’t see how they can add anything more to their plate – thus the feeling of being stuck and frustrated. This process takes that into consideration, helping leaders and managers to implement the tools that will have the greatest impact first. Within a short period of time, everything starts to fall into place and you experience that wonderful feeling of freedom. The business is no longer controlling you, you are controlling the business – improving and making substantial progress every 90 days.  We call that traction®.
