We recommend space.
Workspace factors we considered:
- If you have more than 7 people on staff, you might prefer a dedicated office space.
- If you need confidentiality, a co-working space may be challenging. Although MAC6 has private meeting rooms available for reservation, and you can provide a certain level of document security at your desk, at a certain point, it can start to become a hassle.
- If you handle sales calls from your desk a lot, it can be distracting when you know the people around you can hear. It can become distracting to them as well.
As for space, you probably need around square feet.
Space factors we considered:
- If you need a meeting space, separate from your desks, it's best to add about 25 square feet per person.
- If you need a commercial copier/printer or running water within your office suite, we calculate about 100 square feet for each of those.
- We assume 25 square feet of storage will be needed per person.
