The MAC6 Entrepreneurial Campus includes over 85,000 square feet of traditional and non-traditional private suite spaces for growing and mid-market businesses.
Full service private suites range from 1,500 to 9,000 square feet serving 10 to 75 employees.
Community Membership options range from $18 to $26 per square foot per year, including access to shared meeting and event spaces and 24×7 on-site gym.

We accommodate businesses at all growth stages, including both Growth+ and Fully Private Office Suite spaces. Growth+ spaces offer a unique combination of private offices and robust workstations. Fully private suites are full-service, and include unique access to shared meeting/event spaces, community events and leadership development programs for individuals, teams and businesses

Balanced Lease Terms
Most leases protect the owner. At MAC6, we think they need a little more balance. Our terms are typically one year or more, but always come with the guarantee that, if we cannot meet your space needs through flexible spaces for growth, we will let you out of your lease.

Chrissy is the go-to resource for the daily activities of all facilities. Her focus is on managing our real estate for coworking, dedicated office, commercial and co-manufacturing.

Jennifer seamlessly integrates each of the MAC6 business units assuring that they are all being managed effectively towards the company vision. She is also a student of human behavior and uses this knowledge to facilitate culture-focused programs to create high performing teams.
In addition to all standard amenities, private office tenants get 24/7 building and gym access and your logo on glass outside your office door.
MAC6 offers leases you can break in some circumstances. Literally. It’s in the contract.
