Air conditioned and fully serviced co-manufacturing spaces range from 1,000 to 5,000+ square feet and include power, compressed air, natural gas, shared offices and meeting rooms, truck bay, loading docks and shipping facilities, and unique shared clean room facilities serving a range of high-tech enterprises.
Community Membership options start at $1.50 per square foot per month, full service.
