Hit the Gym
Exercise is guaranteed to help you feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally. Even the slightest endorphin rush from a moderate workout helps you feel happier and calmer, leaving you with more ideas and focus to push through your work.
You don’t have to get sweaty to get the blood flowing; just head to the gym and do a set of something. Not wearing the right shoes? Do some pull-ups. Don’t have a gym? Find a hallway and do some lunges. The act of moving your body as opposed to sitting can really help shake things up. Keep healthy snacks like almonds, avocados, or protein bars nearby. Avoid sugary processed snacks. They will leave you feeling hungry and grumpy when the sugar crash hits.
