E6 Point in Time Studios President Rami Kalla and AZCFL League Owner Matt Archer and Team Owners Derrick and Amy Parham

It is really important to have a strong culture and a focus on culture, especially during tough times like a pandemic. Part of building a culture is having set values that the company lives by. Transparency is one value that can benefit an organization. If you share everything, even financials, with all of your employees, it will help to build a stronger culture.

Speaking of company culture, tune in to this episode of MAC6 Community Connection Radio Show and Podcast to hear from Arizona Cactus Football League and Point In Time Studios leaders about what helped them thrive.

Rami Kalla, president of Point In Time Studios, Matt Archer Owner of the AZ Cactus Football League, and Amy and Derrick Parham Phoenix Phantoms Football Team Owners, joined Kyle McIntosh in the studio for this dynamic episode. They all agreed that by doing what you love and doing what you say you’re going to do, you will be successful.

Rami Kalla founded Point in Time Studios over 17 years ago, and it has been a fun adventure. His passion for film began at a young age when his Dad first brought home a brand new VHS camera. At only 10 years old, Rami gravitated to it immediately and began producing short films with family and friends.

Rami attended Arizona State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. After graduation, he landed a very prestigious job working in Marketing for General Mills. However, he knew that he wasn’t living his true purpose. In March of 2002, Rami opened Point in Time Studios and never looked back.

Over the last 16 years, he has had the pleasure of working with hundreds of incredible clients from small to large companies, including Ford, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, PetSmart, and more.

Rami has served on a number of local school and industry boards including the Art Institute Phoenix, the Peoria Unified School District, President of the Arizona Production Association, as well as the Accelerator Entrepreneurs Organization. He’s had the honor of working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the Film Industry.

Rami recently married his beautiful wife, Lauren. They have four incredible boys, Noah, Jaden, Wyatt, and our newest addition, Austin.

ABOUT OUR CO-HOSTS

Kyle McIntosh

With a background in marketing, in various for profit and not for profit companies, Kyle McIntosh wondered, “How can I pair the passion and commitment to community progress of a non-profit with the sustainability and reach of a for profit company?” From this question and perspective a mission evolved to tear down the false distinction between the two sectors and to promote companies with Conscious Capitalism® business models through MAC6.

Kyle is the President and Creative Excitant of MAC6.  Day to day, his main operational role is on the “spaces” side of the business, focusing on creating thriving communities in the commercial office buildings, the co-working space, and the co-manufacturing space.  The other role that he plays is that of EOS implementer, working with clients to bring the Entrepreneurial Operating System, from the book Traction® to their businesses.  Additionally, he sits on the boards of Conscious Capitalism Arizona, telling the stories of good businesses in Arizona, and The Tempe Chamber of Commerce, sustaining Tempe’s quality of life and keeping our community and economy vibrant.

Kyle loves Arizona and wants to see us all collectively find great success based on the awesome things that are happening here every day.
